Access your Tasks
By clicking on “My entity” under“Tasks” in the side panel, you will find four sub-sections displaying different statuses of tasks related to instructions for which the mention of the grant is published and you are in charge. We explain each sub-section in more detail below.
💡TIP:
You have some filters which can help you find some specific tasks or tasks related to one patent. If you click on , only the workflow tasks will be shown (this is the default), if you click on
, only the document tasks will be shown and if you click on
, both the workflow tasks and the document tasks will be shown.
Sub-sections
- In ‘“All”, you will find all the tasks that have been delivered (done), that are planned and the ones that are active.
- In “Planned”, you will find all the tasks that are planned. These tasks cannot be started yet since some other tasks first need to be delivered.
A planned task is represented by an empty circle

- In “Active”, you will find all the tasks that are active and that you can start working on.
An active task is represented by a circle with three orange dots. A task that has been started but not finished is represented by a circle with three orange dots and a orange progress bar
. A task that has been finished but not delivered yet is represented by a circle with three orange dots and a full orange progress bar
.
- In “Done”, you will find all the tasks that have been completed and delivered.
A delivered/done task is represented by a green circle with a check in the middle.
