Get right back to where you left off by discovering our bookmark feature
The iPify platform allows you to bookmark any page for your private use. Additionally, the bookmark feature also captures filters you implement on a page, allowing you to save your filters to save you time later.
How to bookmark a page
On every page of the iPify platform (except the homepage) you will see the bookmark icon located on the bottom right of your screen.
You can save the page exactly as it is displayed, meaning, if you added filters, the page will be saved with your filters.
When ready to save your bookmark, simply click the icon
and choose a name for your bookmark or keep the default. You can also select to "Pin" your most important bookmarks
💡Tip
Use the bookmark to save filters on your active tasks and/or documents to be uploaded.
Here are some ideas for using the bookmark feature:
Track your incoming orders
- How to do it: Tasks > Active + filter on "Step" and select "Perform initial data review (agent)"
- Then click on the bookmark icon and name the bookmark as you wish
Once you have saved the bookmark, you will find it back on your "Home" page ready for you the next time you log in.
Find the validations you need to report
- How to do it: Tasks > Active + filter on "Step" and select "Report validation filing"
- Then click on the bookmark icon and name the bookmark
Once you have saved the bookmark, you will find it back on your "Home" page ready for you the next time you log in.
Locate the final evidence document you need to upload
- How to do it: Tasks > Active + select Document tasks + filter "Document" and select "PTO validation publication". You will see the document step to perform: "Upload of PTO validation publication"
- Then click the bookmark icon and name the bookmark as you wish
Once you have saved the bookmark, you will find it back on your "Home" page ready for you the next time you log in.
Where your bookmarks are stored
To retrieve your bookmarks, you need to navigate to the "Home" page. When you log in to the platform., you will land on the "Home" page automatically.
To find your way back "Home" on the platform, click the option on the side panel on the left of the page:
On the "Home" page, you will find the bookmarks you have saved
Edit or delete a bookmark
When you're finished with your bookmark, you can delete it from your "Home" page by hovering over the bookmark and clicking on the bin.
To edit, just click the pencil to rename or unpin your bookmark.
Or click "View all" and edit or delete your bookmark(s) there.
