Here at iPify, we strive to make your life as simple as possible. Sometimes you need to seek assistance, inform us of a problem or make a complaint. Here are the ways you can get in touch with us.

Instruction-related queries/complaints

💬 - Should you have questions related to an instruction you have placed, please go to the Messages section of your case to be in direct contact with our Operations.

⚠️Warning:

You can only contact our Operations via "Messages" for instructed cases. If you have not yet placed an instruction, please contact us by Email, Live Chat or Telephone. This information can be found below.

Screenshot 2025-05-14 190608 - You will see the Live Chat icon on all pages of the iPify website, located in the bottom right corner. To activate the live chat, you must first click this icon and the iPify Bot will introduce itself and offer assistance referencing our Knowledge Base.

If you wish to speak with our Customer Success team, you will need to put in a word and then when presented with the question, “Would you like to speak to a member of our Customer Success team?” Click Yes. 

Our Customer Success team will be on hand to answer any questions.
