Knowing when a document is available for download

Where to find documents and knowing when they are available

When a document has been uploaded and the quality check has been performed, the document is available for download. We will inform you via message when the document is available for download. In the future, you will receive automatic notifications.

Where to find the documents

In the side panel, under “Documents”:

Then, in the case view, in the “Documents” tab:

To access the case view, in the search bar at the top, insert the EP number and press enter.

When you know you can download the documents

As mentioned above, a document can only be downloaded once the quality check has been performed.

In the screenshots below, you can see that the power of attorney form “Filled in” for EP2772512 has been uploaded but is waiting for review.

Once the quality check has been performed for the power of attorney form “Filled in”, a progress bar around the document is shown . The progress bar is only half way since the power of attorney form “Signed” still needs to be uploaded by iPify. However, you can now download the power of attorney form “Filled in” represented by the sign .

Once the power of attorney form “Signed” has been uploaded and quality checked, the document will become green meaning all the parts (Filled in and Signed) have been uploaded and quality checked and are available for download.

NOTE: Power of attorney forms was used as an example, but the explanation is the same for any other type of document. The only exception is that the document to download may not have two stages (filled in and signed) like the power of attorney forms.

We will inform you via message when documents such as the power of attorney forms, provided translations, shared translations, assignments, etc are available for download from the platform.
