Modify and/or delete your quote
First, find your case by entering either your reference number or the patent publication/application number in the search bar at the top of the screen.
After selecting your case from the search bar, you will land on the Summary page of the case and will be offered options to edit or instruct your quote. Click on "Edit quote or instruct" either at the top right or bottom right (see picture below) to edit your quote.
Your quote will appear on a new page where you can edit your quote by adding or removing the countries or services.
To remove countries or services, just click the "Remove" button next to each line as shown in the picture below.
To add jurisdictions, you can select your preference from the list on the left-hand side by clicking the '+' option next to your selection. You can also filter your search by entering the country ISO code in the search function (depicted don the picture below in the red box).
To delete your quote entirely, simply hover on the left of the "Download" button and a trash can will appear. Then click the trash can to delete your quote.
Change the profile of your quote
If you selected the incorrect profile by mistake or if you want to generate a new quote with a different portfolio, then you change this on the service selction page where you select your countries and services.
You will find two-way arrows at the top left of your page as shown below
Then simply select the profile of your choice.
