How you will receive and view instructions

You just received an instruction notification
Once a customer has placed an instruction and it has been accepted by iPify, you will receive an email notification.
Access instruction
To access the instruction on the iPify platform, click on “View tasks” which will direct you to the instruction overview.
Alternatively, in the platform side panel, go to “Tasks” > “My entity” > “Active” and check any task called “Perform initial data review (agent)” that is displayed.
