Did you know that you can create your own view of the orders you or your company has created? We've added features that allow you to reorder, add, remove and filter key information so you find exactly what you're looking for
So, how do you view your orders?
Firstly, we'll need to get to where your orders are located.
Click on the "Orders tab" on the left of your page.

If you want to customise the information you see presented in the table (e.g. if you want to order or remove some columns), then click on the "Customise" button as shown in the picture above on the right-hand side.
A pop-up appears where you will be able to add or remove columns using the toggles indicated and you can also reorder the columns to your own preferences.

Using the filters to advance your search
The available filters allow an array of combinations to focus on the information you need.
Here are some "Use cases" to provoke some inspiration on what you may want to use this feature for.
Track the cases approaching the next validation deadline
You can narrow your search by clicking on "Dates" and then selecting "Order official deadline" from the menu.

Then you can choose a date range or select a specific date (e.g. the next deadline for validations) and then click apply.

You will then filter only the orders that correspond to the next official validation deadline. You can immediately view any outstanding matters to understand the expected delivery date (note: all validation cases will have a delivery date before the official deadline as shown in the picture below).

Track your delivered and closed orders from this month
You can view and download reports showing all completed cases from the current month.
Use the immediate filters to focus on orders with a deadline in the current month
Then be sure to filter the "State" of the order including both "Delivered" and "Closed" cases.

With your filters applied, you can view and Export the cases where the validation has been completed.

If you use multiple iPify services, you can click on the service type to really narrow your search. The picture below shows you were to do this.
