Checks and parameters are found in workflow tasks. There are no parameters in document tasks.

Parameters

Checks

What are they?

Checks

This functions as a checklist. Once you have performed a check, you can click on “Mark as done”.

Once all checks have been performed, a task can be delivered.

The checks impact the completion percentage of a task.

Parameters

Parameters are very important as they will influence the workflow steps and documents.

Some parameters have a default value, so it is important to review ALL of them and change the selection if necessary.

The value you select in some parameters will trigger the display of additional parameters.

Parameters change depending on the legal requirements of each jurisdiction.

For example:

  • Power of attorney filed with validation
  • Use of grace period
  • Recordal filed with validation

⚠️Warning:

A delivered step CANNOT be amended, therefore it is very important to make sure that all checks have been performed and parameters have been correctly selected.

💡TIP:

When you close a task before delivery, the progress made is kept. This means that the checks that are already marked as , stay as done, and the parameters already changed stay as changed.
