Notification of invoice/credit note

We will send you a notification email when your invoice or credit note is available. As usual, this notification will have a direct link to access it

Where to find your invoices

Track invoices anytime on the Summary page of your instruction

You’ll see a link to your invoice(s) on the summary page as well as the total amount.

Tab to “Invoices” in your instruction for a more detailed view including the existing status.

Locate all your invoices under Billing 

Using the “Billing” option on the side panel, you can find all issued invoices and credit notes for all your instructions under “Purchases”.

Open, export and print an invoice

Whenever you want to access your invoice on the platform, all you need to do is click on the line to open it. 

You will land on a new page with the option to print the invoice as a PDF or download it as an XML.

Export as an XML

You can now also export your invoice(s) as an XML. 

Clicking "Print invoice" will open a new window. To print, simply press CTRL + P and click save.
